  Hi, after my dad passed away, my mum became the first owner and me follow by my sis name is up occupying the 2nd owner. Im getting married soon and would like to have my own flat. I do know that to have my name out; all parties must agree but me and my sis are not in good terms and treat me and my mum ill ly. So what can i do if she reject on agreeing by having my name out? Need help urgently thank you.

  Dear Gurus, I own a 4rm flat at one of the blocks located at bishan central (blk 50X). I am thinking if it is possible for to convert my unit to commercial use(E.g Tuition Centre/Dance studio/Photography Studio). I am staying on 2nd level and downstairs are shops. Q1 - Any other similar successful converted cases in other estates？ If so, is the paperwork going to cost a lot? Q2 - Can I rent the unit out after converted it for commercial use？ Appreciate your response!

  Hello, I am interested in purchasing a resale HDB flat located in Bishan, here are some of my questions before I proceed to purchase. 1) I am a Singapore, and my wife is a S-pass holder, are we eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat? 2) What are the grants? (My parents are also living in Bishan 3) Can we take a HDB loan and also make a 20% downpayment? 4) What other miscellaneous fees do we have to fork out? (lawyer fees, stamp duty etc) 5) Can we use CPF to pay for these fees? I would need to clarify whether I am able to afford it before I proceed. Thanks for your help!

  Currently I have a HDB flat under my name. My wife also got a HDB flat under her name. My question is : Can I rent out whole flat and stay with my wife?? the HDB flat from my wife is fully paid and registered before our marriage. My HDB still have 8 more years to finish the loan and also registered before our marriage

We have spoken to few of agents and have always got response that there is no right or wrong time. Understand that we all cannot predict what's going to happen in future am looking for deep insights and references to articles or past experience to understand your deep knowledge of market.
