  Hi, not sure if same question has been answered but been trying to sell my 4rm unit in Bishan for a year now at reasonable price, etc. Had a handful of viewers over the past year and one offer which was too low to consider. My question is, out of your experience, how long does it take for such a unit to be eventually sold (luck aside)? Thanks

  Is it possible to amend the agreed price in the OTP? Valuation came out much lower than expected and COV is $60k. Buyer renegotiated price with Seller and Seller agreed to lower selling price by $30k. Can I request HDB to amend the OTP agreed price? Or do I have to wait til OTP expires then Seller raise another OTP? Also, do I need to request for valuation again? Kindly advise, thanks!

  Hi , can I ask if there’s a property that my mum own. She and my dad bought it in 1984 . In 2001 my dad passed away and a small portion of the outstanding loan less than 10k was cleared under HPS. If my mum were to pledge the property to CPF would this affect anything ? Or if now my mum choose to sell the place at example 550k would the HPS payout at 2001 after my dad passed on will affect the sales proceed aka monies to be returned to CPF?
