  what is the current commission charge if engaging house agent to rent out a room? some told me 1 year half month and some said 1 year 1 month. The tenant may break contract half way, any guarantee period from agent, if case of break out.

  Hi, I now am staying in an executive condo. With 2 daughters married with children , we find we need to have more rooms. So plan to find a 5 room HDB flat 1 unit and another 4 room flat 1 unit side by side . So that we can convert the 2 units into a jumbo flat . A corner 5 room + a 4 rm flat side by side is a perfect deal. Also like to understand policy/ procedure of HDB requirements. Will there be such units , i.e 5 rms flat + a 4 room flat side by side in the East. Hope to hear from U. Tq. Mimi Assik

  if I want to sell HDB flat which I bought it 10 years ago from re-sale market, will there be any levy or tax on selling? I did purchase a new HDB flat on 1992 and sold it after 5 years, subsequently bought from re-sale market and now planning to sell it.

  I am SPR planning to sell my house which I bought from re-sale market. As I was going through the sellers checklist. I found a clause under "Next housing and financial plans" "Sellers are not eligible to apply for a HDB Rental flat for 30 months after the sale of their existing flat" Does this mean I cannot get HDB rental flat from open market. Pls confirm. Appreciate, if somebody could respond immediately..

  my mom have already use up 2 x HDB loan before. Her last flat was sold approx 6 years ago and we are staying in a HDB rental flat. there are a total of 8 of us. Being the eldest (now I am 23years old) and having a stable job with PSA for 2 years now drawing 2700/month.. i would like to purchase a flat for our family. Please adv if possible? my mom will be as occupier only. my Sister who is 22 will be joining me to apply for the flat. we cannot afford a bank loan as the downpayment is 20%. Please help

  Hi, Im a Singaporean and my wife is a SPASS holder, we actually planning to get a resale flat near my parents house. me and my wife is actually earning less than 6k per mth. to the question: are we eligible to obtain a 5room unit even though our combine income is less than 6k, second question is if my income is 3k per mth, what are the chances can i get the max loan from hdb and last question, is there any chance that i get can the HLE from hdb base on my monthly income and my wife is a foreigner.   I am Male,35, SPR and wife also SPR aged >35. Currently we jointly own 4R resale HDB since Jan 2010. We are in the middle of Divorce financial negotiation and i want to transfer HDB property in my name (Please note am SPR) , is that allowed legally? I am happy to pay the 50% money to my wife to transfer ownership if this is allowed legally. Please guide since this is on the critical path for proceeding further.   I would like to check, if my family want to shift to Punngol new condo to stay in Jan 2016, the current HDB Pasir Ris want to rent out (1 common room and 1 master room)and will apply to HDB for room rental. Question: We have to keep a room (HDB) for own stay is it? In this case, can both of us change ICs to new Condo address?Will HDB question us why the owner not staying in HDB if both ICs stated new condo. For Property tax concern, we will be charged as residential rate for new condo unit or HDB unit? Pls advise or give your suggestion. Thanks
