  Hi, My parent(1st and 2nd Owner)(Going to divorce) will be selling their part share to me(3rd Owner). They will be selling to me at low price for me to afford. Selling price to me is 650000 lower than valuation, will this be a problem to them?

  Hi, i would like to check if it is possible to sell my 3 room unit before MOP (i.e. June 2020). The key reason would the need for a bigger living space as we are expecting our first newborn in May 2019. The current unit space would be inadequate for another member (e.g. maid/ parents/ parents in law.) Alternatively, is it possible to appeal to HDB to allow us to apply for a BTO/ SOBF/ EC before my MOP date? Looking forward to your comments. Thank you.

  Hi, Currently, I'm the 3rd owner of my parents hdb 4 room flat.Upon agreement with my parents, we are currently in a discussion whether to sell our hdb flat and me to buy a new/resale flat with my parents living with me or to buy over my parents share of the current flat. I would like to hear some advice on what is advisable for me. Firstly if I take over my current flat ownership will my parent (Mom 65years , Dad 63years) receive any cash? Second is it advisable to take over my parents flat with regards to the lease year balance? Third, how do I know if I'm eligible to buy over my parents share of ownership (I'm married with 2 kids and have been working with the current company for more than 10years)? Fourth, what are the things I need to worry about in future if I take over to stay in my parents hdb flat? Fifth any recommendation for an agent who could advise me and parents personally of our situation personally and advise recommendation (preferable a Malay speaking agent)?

  can room rental agreement sign between landlord and tenant ? This is mutual agreement between both parties. If agent only deal with documentation, what is the fee charge? Both landlord and tenant already discussed the rent and term. Room rental agreement stamping fee payable to IRAS, is bear by Tenant or landlord?

  I sold my pte apt, bought a HDB resale flat and we, husband and wife (both 63 years old, retired) want to include our son (31 yo, single) in the name. Q1. Is it true we cannot get a loan from HDB because we own pte property? Q2. We intend to take a loan of up to 150K so that mthly repayment thru our son's cpf (salary 4K mthly) without paying cash. Is this possible? Q3. Our son has about 50K in cpf ordinary account. Can this be used to pay towards the initial HDB payment? Greatly appreciate any comments and advice. Thank you.

  I own an Executive Apartment bought in the resale market and it has been 5 years since we moved in. We are now planning to downgrade to a smaller 3, 4 or maybe even a DBSS flat. Do we have to pay any resale levy and is there a salary cap to be able to purchase a smaller unit?
