  Dear all, I have a new resale flat purchased and was looking to renovate the 2 room flat. I am aware of a DRC list that HDB has for contractors. However, I am confused with regards to whether all renovations done within the hdb must be with contractors that are on the DRC list? I have found some renovators but they are not on the list, yet they told me they have been renovating in hdbs before. Can anyone please help answer my confusion?   Dear agent, i am currently the owner of a 5room hdb flat. I intend to buy a resale flat but i would need to sell off my current flat in order to pay for the down payment of the new purchase. What would the procedures be like? What ifim unable to sell of my flat and thus unable to afford the down payment of the new purchase? Any housing loan from bank that would allow me to loan more for the new resale flat while allowing me to sell off my current flat? I am onli eligible for bank loan. Thanks

  Hi agents & friends, I am turning 35 and considering buying a HDB resale (under Single scheme) with grants. My girlfriends has a private condo under her name. Once I purchase the resale flat, is there any reason to add her as an occupier? What are the implications? She still wants to retain the condo for investment.

  Hi, I would like to ask something. I am a resale buyer. Seller offered me OTP, its about to expire soon and we were thinking of exercising it. But now seller agent inform that seller might need to reissue OTP as they need more time. What should I do? Should I seek some form of compensation? ( I need to rent house for the mean time) Will I be able to negotiate the sale price with seller again? What will happen to the option fee ($1000) that was with the current OTP? Thanks in advance.

  Upon successfully obtaining Singapore Citizenship (SC), anyone know when can I purchase a re-sale HDB? As there is some formality to be done for getting SC. Just wondering at which point I can register an Intent to Buy? Upon the point of SC Approval? Or at the point when successfully gotten the new IC. If anyone got experience on this? As kind of in a hurry to buy a flat
