  Need some expert advice, The flat (DBSS) was purchased by my parent on year 2000 and my name was place under Joint Tenancy on year 2004 and since then i am paying installment with my CPF (solely). Now I am planning to get married and buy a house for couple life. But problem is as I am a joint tenancy, if i going to withdraw from the existing house, my parent have to pay me back all my CPF which i paid so far. I wrote to HDB and request if I could give out my CPF and gave my parent in kind? They rejected and told me that CPF was not your money and need to return back to the government if you choose to withdraw as joint tenancy. I was furious and told them that CPF is my own hard earn money and why can't I choose it to pay in kind for my parent? And no way my parent have the cash to return me all the CPF in cash as they have not been working since 2004. They even suggest that that can recommend 3rd party to loan this amount to my parent which make me even more furious.

  Hi, Im a Singapore Citizen and my wife is Singapore PR. But my wife got PR status 3 monthes ago. If this case are we eligible to buy a HBD? (her PR not yet 3 years). If im the buyer and she is occupier her recent PR status any issue? Please advice. By the way I'm looking for resale flat not BTO.
