  I am a 32 Singaporean with 3 Singaporean children. My husband holds LTVP Plus. Husband is working overseas and has no cpf. I just sold my 3 room flat I bought 5 years ago. My husband was listed as an occupier and I was the owner because he is a non citizen. We intend to buy a resale house now. My question is since I’m not working right now, can I use my husband’s overseas income for HDB loan? He doesn’t have any income in SG.

  I'm seller of HDB flat. I appointed an agent to handle the sale for me due to oversea. And my HDB got UML case before and i had declared all the facts to the agent with all police letter proved is closed. after one month later, the agent got me a buyer and paid the 1k deposit and 4K subsequently to exercised the otp. but just before we both need to submit resale application to HDB recently, buyer claimed that they aren't aware the UML case during their viewing nor after they exercised. Now they don't want to continue buying and want to back out and asking the total 5k to be returned. As what i know is after OTP signed and exercised is already legal biding contract. ME as seller can't back out furthermore, all viewings is conducted by the agent, i had declared facts beforehand. now the buyer threatening to get lawyer to sue me for the deposit. but i feel nothing wrong on myself, two month has been spent and my outbound ticket booked to facilitate the completion. Any idea for me to carry on.thx

  I am a co owner with my parents to an existing HDB flat, my new 4RM bto and my parents HDB Studio Apartment are arriving soon, can i and my parents collects keys before selling the old co own HDB? I have enough CFP to made downpayment for my own 4rm hdb, however, my parents will need the funds in order to make payment to their Studio Apartment. Therefore, can i and my paremts collect key inadvance? Thanks inadvance

  Can I apply for new BTO before MOP? I applied for SBF in 2016 with my SPR mom when I was single. Gotten the keys in 3Q 2018. However, I have since met someone new and I am thinking if I can apply for a BTO that has a TOP that ends in 2023/2024. By then I would have completed my MOP in my current house. Am I cutting it too close? What are my options other than wait for MOP?
