  1.If a SC and a foreign spouse buy an resale HDB, the foreign spouse can only be the occupier even she/he make contribution to the house? Can she/he gain the percentage of the house? 2.If a SC buy an resale HDB with single scheme, and get married in next year, what will be the arrangement for the spouse?is it depend on the status of the spouse if he or she is SC,PR or foreigner? 3.If a SC buy an resale HDB with single scheme, and get married in next year, can the spouse buy condo?Any limitation? and what is the duty free for it?

  I disposed off my 1st 5 room HDB new flat in 2005 (HDB loan) due to divorce and subsequently bought an EA (Resale but with CPF grant of 10k and on HDB loan) with my new spouse. We are currently finalising our divorce and pending sales to open market. I would like to enquire: 1. Do i have to pay resale levy? 2. If I were to sell and purchase a resale 5room flat from the open market, will i have to pay a downgrade levy? Lastly, I understand HDB gives all 2 chances to purchase new flats from them. I have used up 1 chance in the 1st marriage. Am I still entitled? Thanks

  Hi , I have a HDB bought under tenancy in common 50% to 50% which is fully paid $400000. I am planning to sell it off as my parent wanted more cash flow . Just want to clarify , can i buy over their share of $200000 using bank loan or must it be a full cash ? IS there such a sale call partial sales?
