Location

Any new condominium erected in district 15 can expect to be popular. It is after all, the most preferred district to own a property in according to PropertyGuru’s H2 2017 Sentiment Survey. Even without an MRT station (currently being developed), Marine Parade epitomises style, atmosphere and the family life.

Perennial shopping mall, Parkway Parade remains one of the best heartland malls in Singapore. A short walk away is I12 Katong which, until the cinema opened in Parkway, was the only theatre in D15 after Republic Theatre closed sometime in the 1990s.

Where Amber45 is, along Amber Road on the site which was once a major Ikea outlet, mainstay Katong Shopping Centre is a short five-minute walk away. Parkway Parade is around the corner, roughly a 10-minute walk away though you don’t need to walk since there’s a bus stop right in front of the development. The mall is one-stop away by any bus.

Canadian International and Chatsworth International schools are on the street after Katong Shopping Centre but there are several other local schools within 2km of Amber45 (and accessible by straight buses) such as:
