This block at Crawford Lane is 5 minutes from Lavender MRT station, has various well-known local F&B favourites (Tolido's Espresso Nook, RUSTICA Singapore, SOYLICIOUS HOUSE OF TASTE etc), faces North Bridge Road, is in the immediate vicinity of Jalan Sultan, Victoria Street and Crawford Street.

The occupany has a limit of two pax - preferably a couple, or two female persons. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine (top loading), refrigerator, a dining set with two/ three stools. The bathroom and WC are separate and have been renovated. The living room has a set of rosewood furniture (two armchairs, sofa, table, side tables/ consoles). There is a ceiling fan but it does not work. Rent condition is as-is, occupants have to bring their own queen bed. Single bed and mattress can be provided.

The owners of the flat have locked a room for storage purpose. They do not live in the flat but will access the flat for the airconditioning maintenance because the maintenance will require access to the room used for storage.

入住人数上限为两人——最好是一对夫妇，或两位女性。厨房配备洗衣机（顶开式）、冰箱，以及一套餐桌椅（附两至三张吧凳）。浴室与厕所分开设置，均已完成翻新。客厅摆有一套红木家具（两张单人椅、一张沙发、一张茶几及数张边桌/置物架）。天花板装有吊扇，但目前无法使用。租赁条件以现状为准，概不另行修缮。

单位屋主已将其中一间房间上锁作储物用途。屋主平日不居住于此，但会不定期前来进行冷气维修保养，届时需进入该储物房间。
