Pearl Island is a 99-year leasehold bungalow housing project located at Sentosa Cove in District 4. Completed in 2012, it consists of 19 total units. The project, developed by Ximeng Land (S) Pte Ltd., has earned Good Class Bungalow accreditation and is prided as being one of the most desirable places to stay in Singapore.
