Getting on the expressways (SLE, TPE and CTE) is a 10-minute drive away. The NSE (North-south expressway) is due by 2023.
Journeys to the city from Yishun will decrease from today 30-35 minutes to 20-30 minutes.
As a mixed development, The Wisteria has 216 residential units. The 100 commercial units are part of Wisteria Mall.
Located along Yishun Ring Road and surrounded by other developing estates, Wisteria Mall is the lifeblood of this part of Yishun. It brings recreation and amenities to a growing neighbourhood.

After the boom in residential developments here in 2018, North Park Residences is the next condominium that will be completed soon.
