There were no recent new launches of HDB flats in Loyang but there have been increasing numbers of condominium developments in Loyang especially along Flora Drive.
The Jovell is a condominium development, located along Flora Drive, that was just launched. Developed by Hong Leong, the 99-year leasehold development has 428 units spread across 9 blocks of 8-storey towers. During launch, a 1-bedroom unit of about 440 sf was marketed at about $500,000 ($1,136 psf) while a 4-beddroom unit of about 1,227 sf was marketed at about $1.50 million ($1,222 psf). The development will have many facilities including a clubhouse with a gym, a large swimming pool with a waterfall, tennis courts, children play areas, and a man-made beach. The development is expected to be completed in 2023.

Flora Drive also has a number of 99-year leasehold developments that were completed in recent years. One of the newer developments is 396-unit The Inflora that was completed in 2017. Current selling prices at The Inflora range from $528,000 to $1.58 million ($822 to $1,339 psf).
Looking forward, the number of residential developments in Loyang is likely to increase alongside the expansion of Changi Airport and rapid development of Pasir Ris.
