Woodgrove Estate Review The Woodgrove Estate is an exclusive estate located in the far north of Singapore with close proximity to the Singapore American School. It is made up of 34 bungalows or country mansions with distinctive American homes architecture not usually seen in other parts of Singapore. These country mansions in the Woodgrove Estate offers huge garden and live in space for residents, mainly expatriates. The reason that made Woodgrove Estate very popular with American and Caucasian expats. All the mansion in the Woodgrove Estate come with either in-ground swimming pools or jacuzzis. Generous car pouch spaces allow parking for two or more cars easily. Living and bed rooms are all very good size. It will be very appealing to expatriates who want to feel at home living in houses with that countryside feel. Woodgrove Estate is located in the quiet and serene surroundings at Ashwood Grove, Cedarwood Avenue and Woodgrove Avenue, which are really a stone's throw away from the Singapore American School. Residents can take a walk to the Marsiling MRT Station.
