  Spacious condos with lots of amenities

  A quiet environment with friendly neighbors. Extremely huge and spacious unit. Great place to stay in. Aside from the usual swimming pool and gym facilities. There is also a table tennis table, basket ball court and tennis court. It is around 10mins walk to Kembangan Mrt Station. People here are really nice and polite. There is also a NTUC 5 mins walk from the estate. It is also well maintain and currently undergoing new paint job for the whole estate.

  Spacious Unit near to MRT

  Very spacious unit with a good and efficient layout. Easy walk to Kembangan MRT, eateries and minimart within minutes. Near to East Coast and minutes drive to downtown via expressways. Freehold sitting on a good-sized plot of land in a tranquil neighbourhood. Reasonably priced. Rare find.

  Windy Heights has no en bloc potential.

  Contrary to some agents' claim, Windy Heights (WH) has no surplus valuation potential from en bloc sale. The maths below bears this out: Land size = about 249,300 sf. Potential GFA at 2.1 plot ratio = 523,500 sf Prevailing land rate at best = 700 psf-ppr Land value at en bloc = $366.500 mil at best Each regular size unit gets = 1.761 mil ( but this is less then the current asking/selling price.)

  Love tis place...

  Has been renting tis place last year, really a splendid place to stay in...10 mins walk to the MRT station only...very quiet environment... Amenities include Gym, tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball court...etc

  A very nice private property to live

  I lived at this property as a renter and found it very nice for professionals or with a small family. Grounds and buildings are well kept , very clean and beautiful. Close to Kembangan MRT station or easy to get a taxi. Very quite and private. Short taxi rides to the airport, downtown, the East Coast Seafood Center (about $6-7), or to the public Marina Bay Golf Course. Best part is its amenities to me: two tennis courts, full size swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, ping-pong tables, basketball court, BBQ facilities etc, all on-site. Nearby is a community center that offers larger basketball courts or soccer field, loads of classes and other activities.
