  Beautiful pool and greenery, and impressive b

  The property is surprisingly well maintained. Nice buildings’ façade and beautiful greenery. Visit the property at night - very likely you would fall in love with the stunning display of lightings around the pool. Unfortunately, the sauna room is closed due to low usage. NUS is just 5-10 min walk from the back of the property. 50m to the right is the big Sheng Siong supermarket, a big cooked food centre, and many shops. Opposite the cooked food centre is a medium sized shopping mall where you will find Starbuck and other fast food outlets. 50m to the front is the West Coast beach and a park where you will find a big open-air children playground and a big MacDonald’s restaurant.

  Peaceful and Low Density

  While the original interiors are dated, many of the refurbed units are beautiful.This is a low density development only 7 floors, which makes it very peaceful.It is very nicely situated between two parks and beside schools and near shops.Access to the overhead west coast freeway makes surprisingly easy access to the city and airport.

  think again

  went for viewing some units few week back find the management service on maintain is poor check at the pool toilet like sauna steam room etc etc n the facilities worn off and discolouring it might be damage.
