  Wembly Residences

  Being staying here for a few years. Love the proximity to stadium, Nex, and many nice food in Serangoon and Kovan. Yet the minor road ensure the place is peaceful and quiet for tranquil living.

  Very small and no privacy

  The condo is very small and all balcony looks over to the pool or the roadside and thus there is no privacy for residents.

  Too small

  Condo is too small with limited facilities. Too far from MRT and other amenities.

  Wembly

  New condo, private and restful to stay being a 33-unit condo. A 10-min walk to Nex and 30-sec walk to Serangoon Stadium to keep up an exercise regime.
