Varying Quality of Interiors
This condo is quite old, hence, the interiors of units vary greatly depending on how much work the owners have done. Many units have seepage problems due to worn out waterproofing or leaking pipes, all of which are quite disrupting to repair once one has rented a unit. Seepage problems are easily concealed by a good paint job but reappear soon after.
The gym appears large but most of the equipment not maintained properly and not usable. Mozzies are a problem here. Also units along Shelford Road have virtually no security.

A Family Delight
A peaceful, low density (town houses & apartments) development with full condo facilities and plenty of green space, close to good schools and shops.
