  Conveniently located and 8 minutes walk to CCK Mrt with potential upside once Jurong Regional Line and hawker centre is up. Development is well maintained with full fledged condo facilities and not to mention the numerous bbq pits. Definitely a popular choice for parents enrolling their kids in South View Pri Sch.
