  Review On Wallich Residence

  Probably the most luxurious residential property in the whole of district 1 and 2. It is good enough for James Dyson to have chosen it before. Prices are indeed daunting for prospective buyers at psf for this 99 year leashold at above $3,500psf.

  Home away from home

  When I was assigned to head my company in Singapore, we rented a unit at Wallich Residences. It was a short assignment but during that one year, I had the best stay possible. The apartment overlooks the Singapore skyline and was tastefully designed and I made a lot of memories with my family here. I’m back in Germany now and I miss the sheer opulence of this place. Felt like I was a king for that one year in Singapore.

  Party house

  I’ve got a set of bar stools placed in the balcony where I spend several evenings with my friends and family having drinks and enjoying the views. Wallich Residences is unlike any other property in Singapore. Sure, it’s a premium project so you’d expect everything to be top notch, but the design is also very thoughtfully done with careful selection of materials and fittings, as well as a great floor plan.

  Pinnacle of luxury

  I feel like I’m wearing a crown sometimes when I stay at Wallich Residences. It sits on top of Singapore’s tallest building and is certainly the pinnacle of luxury. I’ve got my own private lift lobby and a large living area where we spend a lot of quality time as a family. The kitchen comes fitted with the best appliances. I’m glad that there’s a separate dry and wet kitchen because I don’t like lingering kitchen smells. The views from the apartment are even better than I had envisioned and overlook the entire city skyline.
