Good environment with full facilities
I am a tenant of this project, so far I have found that this is a good unit with good environment & full facilities. My 2 bed rooms are facing pool, the other bed room is facing the park. It is very windy, bright and cosy. My kids study in OFS international school, which is next door of my condo, I don't have to worry about their transport and safety. It saves a lot of travelling time, they walk to school everyday, not even need to cross the road. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Pasir Ris park next to the sea. At the park, we enjoy the greenery , the children playground and the beach. The 50 metre laps pool and aqua gym are good relaxing places for us after a tired working day. My young kids like the children fun pool and enjoy the playground. We have friends gathering over the weekend sometimes, we booked the air-con function room and the dining pavilion for food & wine with friends. It is only 5 minutes drive to Down Town East complex, we take our dinner there with various eateries during the weekend. We can get our grocery within walking distance, my wife goes to Ikea with her friends to shop for small items, they also have their afternoon tea there, sometimes she goes to Giant supermarket to get the dairy goods. I should say it is a quiet, peaceful environment with convenient shopping facilities around, we find that it is a good place to live in, especially with young kids studying in international school next door. -
