Terrible condo with a very unimpressive entrance. Lots of noise from the road. Do not expect much peace and quiet here. Traffic is abysmal as well. Property isn't tall and doesn't have good views. Not sure why anyone would want to stay here. -

Well maintained and strategic area
Very low density and the condo is well maintained. Can hear birds chirping in the morning. Nearby plenty of eateries and groceries stores. Bus stop just outside the condo. Direct bus to CBD area and orchard. By car, 12 mins drive only when no jam. -

great location and view, very nice community
The view on the other side with all the greenery and the GCB are just great, with eagles occasionally flying around. The condo facility is great and well maintained. Very close to Holland V from the backgate near the tennis court. We love staying here. -

Pricey
Rental is way high at a premium for condo which is not on Holland road despite its name. Kitchen is a tad small and the complex has shown its age and in need of TLC. We ended up staying in another condo in Bukit Timah which is a better value for our money. -

Convenient, Central and Cosy
The nice thing about this condo is that it's not like those new condo monstrosities with easily 500+ units. Cosy range of residents here – families, singles, locals, expats. Stayed in a 3 bedder for 3 years. Fond memories of weekend BBQs, flat parties, met nice neighbours. Flat size is reasonable although kitchen is a tad small. Local facilities are sufficient and not crowded: fully equipped gym, long adult pool, jacuzzi, children's pool, tennis court. But what I *really* like about this place is its convenience. Someone posted that the HDB estate is nearby and a 'turn off'. Fellow must be a local. There’s a back door giving access to the HDB estate which is a glimpse of real Singapore. Within 5 mins slow walk, there's a wet market (fresh meat and veg), a decent hawker centre, coffee shops, local groceries, and little shops selling anything and everything. Cut through to the MRT station, or walk along the main road to the Holland Village MRT station - 15 minutes SLOW walk. There's a short cut to Holland Village's Chip Bee Gardens with swanky restaurants, and a really nice ice cream shop! It's not far from the Botanic Gardens, half an hour slow walk and a must visit-beautiful grounds, decent eateries. Great for evening walks. Plenty of very frequent buses right outside the condo that leads into town. Sure it’s near a major road but you either get used to it (I did) or just close the windows and you can’t hear it anymore. It’s nowhere near central London traffic noises, TBH. There's a petrol station and a McDonalds right across for 24 hour emergency supplies. Nearby – Holland Village with tons of eateries, new mall Star Vista, Dempsey and Rochester if you don’t fancy heading into town (10 mins by car), Bukit Timah with more eateries, easy access to main motorways for E,W,N. Security: Strict (good!), secure access to flats, regular guard patrol, 3 units/floor. Can’t complain! -

Perfect home for me
I've lived here for two years now and I love it. First, the location is really good. Its near to the MRT and Holland Village. The best part is, if you drive, the road is always clear of traffic, unlike along Six Avenue or Bukit Timah Road where it can really delay your journey. Orchard Road only takes 6 minutes by car and Holland Village in 3 minutes. At some other places (we saw units in Bukit Timah and West Coast Road) the time it takes you to hit the main road would already take 5 minutes. The "unimpressive entrance" as described by the other "disappointed" guy is actually a blessing in disguise. There is no need to wind down a narrow ramp into the basement carpark. There are no awkward turns past a "grand" entrance. It literally takes a moment to exit the carpark which is really convenient for us. A grand entrance only impresses guests for the first time - but this condo really puts the emphasis on its residents. For groceries, Jelita Cold Storage is very convenient along Holland Road or if you want something cheaper there is Sheng Siong in Commonwealth. There is easy access to AYE (2mins) and PIE (5mins) through Queensway and Farrer Road respectively. There are full condo facilities - gym, full sized lap pool, a huge children's wading pool, playground, and tennis court. There are also ample parking spaces. -

Disappointed
Unimpressive entrance. Huge noise coming from the 8 lane road in front. Condo looked pretty run down and uncared for one relatively new. HDB next door is a turn-off. On the positive side, saw lots of buses stopping right in front. Nice pools, tennis court and after all it is near Holland Village. -

Beautiful surrounding, facilities and locatio
Its got the best of everything. Live here for 2 years now. Wouldnt trade it for the world. -
