elegant grounds, doesn't feel like SG
i was wowed by the view of the grounds when I stepped inside Villa Marina. the design concept is so european, and palatial, with the classic pool and manicured gardens and iconic club house as the centrepiece of the low density buildings by the side. it's beautiful, what a masterpiece in the East. and it is also really close to Siglap MRT on the TEL. so convenient -

Truly Best Resort Feel Living Condominium you
Ultimate Resort Living you can get. Looking more like a grand Chateau in France, it is quite a sight to behold. The entire pool area is located below the ground level, giving it a sunken-in look – which is totally unique. The circumference of the pool is dressed with white Roman pillars, and the lush greens plus red flowers scattered liberally around just makes everything look more relaxed. Minutes walk to Siglap MRT Station. Eateries and Victoria School. Quiet and Serenity . Best Value. -

Great family friendly condo
With Siglap MRT soon at our doorstep, this is a great condo for families needing bigger space for their kids. Loads of activities for children at field just beside entrance to Siglap road. Food options aplenty and new management is proactive. We love the pool. Penthouses have access to the roof that is a bonus. -

Living in paradise
VM is an absolute dream! Amenities are top-notched, with a resort style pool, well equipped gym and gorgeous landscaping. But what sets this place apart is the community. A nice mix of expats and locals, there is always something going on. My kids are never home as they are constantly entertained. The upcoming MRT is connected to our back gate and will only take us 20 mins into CBD. We would highly recommend this condo to fellow expats and locals alike. -

Resortish Feel at Home
This is a condomimium that makes one feel that they are on a vacation at one's own back yard. - Interior requires an overhaul since its an old apartment. - Exterior and landscape are very well maintained. - Facilities are adequate and utilization is well spread out throughout the day. You will not feel like you need to queue for it. - Lovely to take an evening walk around the vicinity as at most times, it is quiet. - My guests visiting from India felt like they have not left home as there's a large enough Indian community residing here. No regrets staying at this place. -

Size, facilities & location
You can't get a better location than villa Marina, right in the heart of Siglap within minutes walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, doctors, food court, bus stop. The condo itself is freshly painted and the grounds are beautifully looked after (you just can't fault the gardeners here). Visitors are always taken by the gorgeous pool (there used to be a few broken tiles but they were fixed recently). To get onto the ECP heading into town takes 2-4 minutes depending on traffic lights and the ECP to the condo is even quicker. There are direct buses to Rochor, Suntec, Orchard (with some cruising on the ECP avoiding rush hour traffic). There are hornbills, green parrots, white cockatoos, mynahs and parrots in the trees in front of my unit. It is extremely quiet, and although I can see the top of the spire of the mosque in the next street, I don't hear any chanting at all. But listening to the ship's horns in the distance, with the wind coming through the french door is a great way to spend the morning reading the paper. And for those who love a walk or a cycle, the park connector is right next to the condo leading to East Coast Park. -

A Mixed Bag!
Nice garden condo. But building maintenance & management/security overhaul badly needed. Security is way too lax here and not to be trusted. We suspect security guards of stealing from residents at the pool..residents staying 2014-2015 should be vigilant with their belongings. We had a smartphone taken recently from our pool bag one evening and the follow up from the four security guards on duty was very unprofessional and dubious. Does not take a genius to work out what was going on! -

Quiet & beautiful garden, prime location
Very popular condominium among expatriates and their families. Accessible easily to any locations of Singapore. Well maintained, beautiful garden, low rise and spacious apartment. Many best schools located nearby walking distance. Many carpark lots. Friendly staff of Management office. Good for pet lovers as they can bring their pets in beautiful, big garden every day. Huge swimming school, club house and BBQ area. Tennis courts. You cannot find this kind of condominium in Singapore. I will definitely buy one unit in Villa Marina for own staying. -

Scum of the East
Not a recommended place to buy, highly overpriced and overvalued. Certain blocks are directly facing (noisy) Marine Parade Road. The condo facilities are poorly maintained and badly in need of an overhaul. Heard reports of termites infestation as a large portion of the place is built with (cheap?) wood. No Public Gas supply so you would have to use LPG Tanks or electric stoves. Not very direct access to expressways as going to PIE is a long detour either via Eunos or Bedok, ECP (City) will require you to turn out at Bedok or Marine Parade. If you want to stay in the East, better to consider other new developments around the area. -

Luxurious living in the East Coast
Villa Marina is a most delightful low rise resort syle condo which is in a nice quiet location in Siglap.It is very close to all of the excellent local amenities and schools and is just a short walk to the beach in addition to being near to the first class shopping, eateries and entertainment located at Parkway Parade and Katong. The pool and clubhouse are amongst the best in Singapore and the well maintained landscaped grounds are a pleasure to explore. There is a very good mix of longstanding owners and tenants, locals and expats and Villa Marina is ideally suited for singles, couples and families. It is a very easy commute to other parts of Singapore,including the airport,and a future MRT is planned. We would not contemplate moving elsewhere as everything which we are looking for in a condo exists at Villa Marina. -
