  Bad condominium’s management (MCST Plan No. 2

  It used to be a good condominium complex to live. Unfortunately, after the COVID-19 Circuit Breaker many units have been sold and/or gone under renovation, making the complex an extremely noisy place.

  Located almost in the middle of the charming Pasir Panjang Road and has both sides facing Pasir Panjang Road and West Coast Highway. Completed around 1995, this is a freehold property and has 83 units. 83 unit is considered relatively large for condos in the middle part of Pasir Panjang Road, which are usually low rise and built on relatively small pieces of land.   Gem of Pasir Panjang / West Coast

  VD is a small-sized development with full condo facilities, including tennis court, squash court, BBQ, swimming pool and gym. It is a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. Short 10-min jog brings you right to West Coast Park. Eateries are nearby at Fong Seng, West Coast Plaza, West Coast Market, Clementi Market, etc. There are bus links going to the nearest MRTs at Clementi and Haw Par. A short 20-min ride will bring you to HarborFront, and onward to Shenton Way/Robinson Road. Ideal for academics/professionals working in NUS, Bouna Vista, MBC, Vivo and CBD.

  Pristine Tranquility of the Villa De West

  Saw this place along Pasir Panjang road while house hunting. What stuck me was the pristine condition the estate was in despite being a 15-year old property. Small establishment of 84 units, one hardly expects much facilities but it has a tennis court, gym, and even 2 pools! Very pleasant to find little gem-properties tucked amidst the surge of condos along the narrow road. It is also in a pretty decent locality, about 15 minutes walk to the prata & nasi-lemak place along Clementi road, and about the same up to NUS Business School & Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences. Many buses plying the road and bus-stop is just a minute from the main gate. Probably ideal for academics, undergrads, post-grads, families, expats.
