  Run down, eerie, noise echoes around estate making it impossible to WFH, hostile, unpleasant stay

  Peaceful and quiet

  Excellent condo with lots of greenery. Very peaceful and quiet on a cul de sac and on top of a hill. Great location, only 5 minutes to Orchard Road and easy access to a lot of popular places.

  Villa Chancerita Old Dirty Inconvenient Unfri

  Pool broken tiles cut my foot. Common areas dirty in disrepair. Kids play and sound echoes. Roof leaked. Short bespectabled lady in management walks around and scolded us often, unwelcome atmosphere
