Bad place
Had stayed at this unit for a year. The lift has broken down at least once each month. Maintenance is not kept well, pool is dirty, common areas such as lobby are full of dust and spiderwebs. Not even worth a star. People there are not friendly, landlord is irresponsible to fix repairs and withhold deposit. -

Safety Concern In Vetro
Condo facilities are bad. 1) The gates will be faulty at least twice a month. Which led to a trespassing incident. 2) Lift breakdown every month. This is a safety concern for families with young children and elderly parents because the lift has dropped from 4th floor to ground floor at a rapid speed when I was in it. Condo representative for management Wan Yen mentioned that it was due to dog fur stuck at the door. 3) BBQ pit at the 18th floor is full of algae and mould. Nothing was done during our stay. 4) Corridors full of cobwebs and dust, cleaners do a brief sweep of the floor. 5) Condo management and representatives slow to rectify repairs but if car parking issues arises they are swift in resolving the issues. 6) Gym equipments are rusty. -

Upside is that for a 999 leasehold property,
Upside is that for a 999 leasehold property, it is good value for money at about $1200psf. Downside is its proximity to the expressway while being deep in from the main road to drive out. -

City finge living
Great 999 years leasehold property that offers more value than 99 leasehold properties.10mins drive to city3mins walk to supermarket and coffeeshop.Very reasonable psf $. Waiting for official news on Mar Thoma MRT station to be announced -

staying here for more than 2 years and these are the Bads:-1. Poorly maintained by the property managing agent. Items broken down but never replaced. Complained to them no action taken.some examples a). theft casesb). jacuzzi broken down since a year ago c). bbq pit brokend). filthye). the only lift in the building breakdowns frequentlyf). faulty gym equipment g). broken lamp posts around the building 2. noisy - Next to highway 3. odd shape property unit4. Warm in the property unit as huge portion of the building is covered with windows5. far from MRT, supermarkets and eatery place -

Beautiful layout
Decent 1mbr + 1study rm at 474sqft, dual entrance toilet from mbr and outside. Beautiful layout min renovation yet outstanding. Firework views at high floor. Effective breezy Indoor drying at kitchen bay window, without balcony space. Under 10mins to reach orchard through highway. Perfect for own stay. -

Cosy
The 1 bedroom units are cosy. Separate bedroom and living is good. Not like some of those small units with the bedroom and living room in the same room.Great view from 10th up. -

hotel suite like
small developer's project. Cute small flats but with a bit of flair, and small amounts of money can turn it into a hotel like suite. Great views from 13 floors up. West sun, but no sun would mean blocked view. One bedder has better view than 2 bedders, lovely view of iconic orchard road skyscrappers, a few stops from Boon Keng to Dhoby Ghat only. -

Had viewed the unit at Vetro which the asking price is unrealistics and highly priced ... Good :-(1) Exclusive - 2 units/level(2) Unblocked view - Pool view from Beacon Heights ?Bad:-(1) Relative noisy - Next to highway & construction works(2) Warm - West facing(3) Need to customise bed onto the bay window in the non rectangular bedroom(4) High maintenance fee - $260 - $310+(5) Mechanical lift for car - Expect more maintenance after a few years(6) At least 15 mins to MRT(7) Small lap pool -
