  Well plan condo

  size of room at Vertis is big and efficient. well plan condo with good facilities. the usual but better than average. close to mrt, bus, market schools, etc. in a quiet and private residential area near beach

  swimming pool!!!

  best swimming pool at Vertis, cradles the condo. so nice to visit my friends for swimming here every weekend.sometimes will have barbecue and use the jacuzzi too.
