  this 99yr leasehold condo is for young high income earners without children. this is also obvious in the unit types available: 22 x 1BR units (463 – 614 sqft), 21 x 1+1BR units (527 – 743 sqft), and 27 x 2BR units (753 – 1,378 sqft). sale price not too bad, can consider for ownstay.
