  attractive dev

  many units of Treasure Crest snapped up during launch. luckily i managed to score a unit here as a first-timer. ECs are always grabbed very quickly due to the privitalisation at the 10yr mark. this is also close to amenities like Sengkang Sports Complex, Riverside Park, Punggol Waterway Park, SK mrt, and TPE.

  maintenance gd

  faciltiies of Treasure Crest like the pools, bbq, gym are well-maintained and kept in a good condition by the msct. this is good and thoughtful for the heavy usage from families they get, no yucky bbq pit left behind for me

  Beautiful swimming pool

  It has a long swimming pool, where we notice is popular among kids learning how to swim. The condo is also nicely designed and facilities are well kept

  This condo sits between two LRT stations, which is convenient for residents. It's also just a short walk to the LRT, less than 10 minutes
