  Lovely condo

  City fringe living without the pricetag - layout is practical and condo is well maintained. Close to many convenience stores, supermarket and good food and cafe every since joo chiat got gentrified. Side gate is connected to a bus-stop and just 8 minutes walk away from Eunos MRT. If you are into chill vibes and prefer something tucked away from all the madness of the city in a fast pace city like SG - Tivoli Grande is a gem. Only downside is the management committee takes their bicycle parking very seriously and it has to be kept in the apartment. Wish they could come out with a better solution than this!

  Units can be a bit too close to each other. G
