Narrow driveway
Drivers with bigger cars should be careful when driving in and out because the driveway is very narrow. We almost scratched our car once, and have since avoided parking there. Cannot imagine if you want to deliver furniture or move house. -

Underrated project
Awesome location. Given that it is a small project, it has mostly the desired condo facilities. Namely the gym, swimming pool and a function room with an outdoor bbq area at the attic. -
