  increasing value of units at Thomson Imperial

  those who had the property long time are sure reaping in the gains now. back in 2020, a 3-bedroom was $1,5 mil, now it is almost $3 mil! extremely spacious in my view too, 1,507 to 2,228 sqft. so envy. the space. and the cool rooftop area with bbq pit and pavillion

  classic in Thomson

  Thomson Imperial Court is somewhat of a classic landmark in the Upper Thomson area. immediately you will recognise it by the nostalgic 1999 design and row of shops below as it is along the main road.

  mixed dev with everything you need!

  residents at Thomson Imperial Court are sure lucky, with amenities like large Sheng Siong and other stores right downstairs at this mixed development. walk abit and you have Thomson cafes, Thomson Plaza, MRT, more and more coming up here. everything is available, and popular schools close by, near-ish to town and well-connected by train and bus. just the best.
