  location is an upgrade!

  now with Lentor MRT opened, so much more convenient to reach Thomson Grove in just 2min of walking, what an upgrade to open new pricing and investment opportunities for this older freehold condo! bus stops are good too, and driving is quick aswell.

  nature lovers for Thomson Grove

  so much nature around Thomson Grove, with Lower Seletar Reservoir, and Lower Peirce Reservoir Park. good for some fresh air and getting in some greenery instead of concrete jungle 24/7. venture also to the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park where maybe you can catch glimpses of the famous Singapore otters doing their thang.

  Area not in high demand even with MRT

  We all know that YCK has one of the lowest psf due to its unfavorable location. Although MRT is coming up, the area remains unpopular, noted there is some plan to develop housing but doubt its value

  Old but not gold

  Stayed there for a while. The residents refused to enbloc and missed the boat for the 2016/2017 enbloc fever. They were pinning on hope that the plot ratio will increase from current 1.4.
