  A Hidden Green Sanctuary

  Imagine enjoying a big garden of the size of a football field and yet you don't have to maintain it! This is exactly how you feel living in this nice estate which is right next to the Telok Kurau park. For those ground floor units facing the park, it is like living in a landed property surrounded by the lush greenery of a super-size garden! It is very secluded and yet extremely accessible by MRT or cars -- only 7 minutes walking distance to Kembangan MRT station and just a short drive away from PIE and ECP. We finally found our dream home in Singapore; the whole family can't be happier after moving in here since its completion in 2012!

  The best units in this development are those that have a big balcony facing the park.

  The Verte

  Quiet condo, infront of Telok Kurau, which allow me to bring my kids, to enjoy themselves playing Basketball, sandcastle, ride Bicycle. Near MRT

  not if u drive

  quiet spot located at the end of lorong h. u wont like this place if u r driving. extremely narrow driveway along lorong 6. near park connector and about 10-15 mins walk to kembangan mrt. did not see the interior but probably one of the few developments in this area with this kind of land size...
