Low Floors Are Very Noisy.
Went to take a look 2 weeks back. Developer's units available are all low floors. Came with free furniture, although Agent told me not to take the furniture - get a discount instead. The unit was facing the flyover with cars streaming at high speed - extremely noisy. Good thing is that the windows are sound proof, but that means aircon has to be on 24/7. The space was alright, the developer has to give something otherwise nobody will buy. But the noise? Facilities are so-so. Amenities good because old shop houses have good food stalls. Shops are not rented out yet, but the layout looks odd. Overall doesn't give good vibes. I think the location is just not conducive.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Exclusive Premium Condominium
I'm late, took a long time to shop for my nest. Though not able to get the best stack, but still secure a good decent unit. At 1.7m, one is able to get many choices at the city fringe area. But I just loves the tranquil area with many nice food nearby and of course near the CBD where I travel daily for work. Seen so many large scale mass market projects which appears to me like HDB. Prefers this private condo with only exclusively 266 units and comes with decent premium facilities. Looking forward to collect my keys. Just hope that there will be a large scale hawker cum wet market/ huge supermarket within reach. I'm voting for it location!!Was this review helpful? Report review -

Gem in City fringe area
1. Superb Location – The Venue Residences just walking distance to Potong Pasir MRT Station. 2. Reputable Schools – Many good schools are located just within 1 km from The Venue Residences. 3. Convenience – The Venue Residences & Shoppes is just minutes’ drive to both Orchard and the CBD and also easily connected to the CTE and PIE. 4. High Rental Demand – The Venue Residences is near to many amenities and close to the MRT Station, hence will be able to attract a large pool of tenants. 5. Potential Gain – The price for The Venue Residences & Shoppes is likely to grow with the revamp of the former Bidadari Cemetery plot.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Good location!
Saw previous good reviews. Kind of agree. * Price is reasonable for a City fringe condo. * Indeed nice layout * Near MRT, PIE, CTE * Near good schools and International school. * Mixed development * Reputable developer * High potential for property growth Beside usual condo facilities, it also has sauna and spa!! Prefers small development like this, environment not so complex. Hopefully those good eatery beside Venue will not be en blocked. Good Choice!
I was looking for a house to stay around D12 to 14. So many new launches within these areas. Still find Venue Res a better choice. Good layout with better facilities as compared to the other 2 new projs- Sennet and Sant Ritz. Sadly, showflat had demolished. Unable to view the interior. But was told by friends who have been to the showflat early this year that the finishing is good with natural marble flooring. Showed to my Feng Shui master on the site plans and floor plans of these 3 projs. Was told Venue has the best feng shui. Never realise there are so many details to look into when buying a house. As it was also a mixed development, interestingly, I Was told there might be a supermarket with 23 dining retails at Venue Residences. Hope it is true. So convenient, enough for my daily needs yet not congested with people. Unlike some mixed development that are bigger and resulting in a noisy and buzzy environment. Loves the peaceful and quiet ambiance of this area as it is not surrounded by HDBs. It took me and my wife 3 mins to do a quick walk to MRT. However, still on the look out. Likely will commit to Venue Res if there is still no other better proj coming up.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Luxury Condo
Has been shopping around for a unit near city fringe area. Read a lot on review and had also been to the site and explored. I must say Venue Residences is a luxury condo with excellent interior finishing and layout, as compare to the rest of the nearby projects. After all it is under a prestigious CDL developer and well known dragages construction. Excellent city fringe location with easy access to all parts of the island. Not really so near the expressway as some had mentioned. Thus don't think it will be heavily affected by noise, especially if one gets the premium stack that is facing the landed property. Peaceful and quite environment that only surrounds by private landed properties. 4 mins stroll walk to MRT, nearby prestigious school and surround with good foods. Reasonable pricing with high capital appreciate!Was this review helpful? Report review -
