  Such views!

  I purchased a four-bedroom unit at The Tre Ver that offers views of the Kallang River. It’s spread over 1,378 square feet and the plans show a larger kitchen than other projects that I had visited. I am a chef and often cook for my family. The most important area for me is the kitchen, so I will be personalising it. The location is very convenient too with the Woodleigh MRT being just 800 metres away.

  Calmness personified

  The Tre Ver takes terraced landscaping and cooling water bodies to another level altogether. It’s just so calming, we decided that this was the right place to invest in. We are hoping to get possession of our condo sometime next year, earlier the better. We have enrolled our son at St Andrew’s School and are renting out an apartment nearby so that life won’t be too disrupting for us when we move into our new home.

  The Tre Ver is not exactly that near to the M

  The Tre Ver is not exactly that near to the MRT station - 11 minutes. But it is compensated by the myriad of facilities and landscape. Residents can make use of the amenities at Potong Pasir and Nex.
