  Tapestry pool is fantastic

  Really enjoying my stay at The Tapestry so far. The resort-like facilities are stellar indeed. The 100m pool is fantastic and my kids absolutely love the smaller pools and playgrounds. There's also childcare within the condo which is very convenient for me. We also make use of the gym and sauna quite often. The landscaping is beautiful and management keeps the common areas clean.

  my peaceful place

  At The Tapestry, one thing I appreciate most is how peaceful the estate feels. There are lots of trees, open spaces and beautifully maintained gardens, so coming home after work is always relaxing. Even when working from home, it feels calming. The long swimming pool is excellent for laps and the BBQ area has a proper resort atmosphere. My apartment has a good layout and I've designed it to utilise the plenty of natural light and installed smart home features that make my life better. The only inconvenience for me is public transport during peak hours can get crowded. I think for drivers, this issue is much less noticeable.

  good balance and practical

  Bought my unit at The Tapestry shortly after launch. It offers a good balance between lifestyle and practicality. Facilities are extensive without feeling overcrowded most of the time, and the landscaping has matured nicely over the years. I especially like the north-south orientation of my blocks because of how cool my unit feels. Hmm. The build quality inside the unit could be better in some areas like laminates and finishing, but nothing serious lah. And although the location isn't right beside an MRT, but with the shuttle bus and easy access to expressways, it's been manageable for my family.

  Looks nice but not really nice

  The condo looks very nice and well maintained from the outside, but the interior is not well made. Water marks can be seen on ceilings and laminates are peeling off for a condo that is still quite new. BIGGEST issue by FAR is the location! It is very hard to get to Central Areas by public transport, with feeder buses always very full (especially after Parc Central TOP-ed). This is because Tapestry’s bus stops are AFTER Parc Central’s bus stops for both feeder buses. The MC is very incompetent and slow, for eg refusing to shorten shuttle bus intervals during peak hours despite this issue. This place is suitable only if you drive everywhere, otherwise it is a HUGE challenge to get to work everyday. Lastly, facilities are little, small and hard to book with >800 units here

  Best and Newest Condo in the Area (Excluding

  This is a classic CDL heartland condominium development. It provides a touch of luxury and sensibility for those who still love the heartlands. The facilities are the newest and best in the entire stretch, but it also enjoys (or suffers) the same fate as its neighbors - good nearby amenities and road links, but it is not well-served by public transport, and a trip to the nearest town center or MRT station will surely be at least 20 min, before you continue to your desired destination.

  Has tenanted the place and many tenants love the luxury feel. CDL live up to the class and standard of all developments

  CDL development live up to the standard with 100m and 50m pool. Clean and classy.

  Luxury

  Luxury interior and exterior and landscape. Ample parking lot, Pool, BBQ . Shuttle bus services to two MRT stations. Nearby international and good schools. Green environment that will help to sustain the maintenance fees. Great connectivity for drivers taking PIE/KPE/TPE and Bartley viaduct route. A class on its own compare to the other neighboring projects.

  Great place to stay! No regret!!

  Everything is simply beautiful and great finishing! I have been staying here comfortably since Top last year 2021. 100m/50m swimming pool are cool, great gathering bbq pit next to jacuzzi and cozy function rooms, privacy jacuzzi, very clean gym, a very green and warmth environment to stay in, and the friendly concierge, Dean & Hesh, and of course Mr Wong, the friendly security too! And many many more! No regret!! ❤️

  Noisy

  Great facilities but so much noise. Constant renovations even still 10months after open. Not enough insulation from above/lower apartments.
