Rare Gem in Tanah Merah Region. There is ample walkway and a huge koi pond, in which you can hardly find in the new condo projects. Despite it being old, the building and project has been well maintained and managed. The place is well kept and maintained. Most importantly, it's near to the Tanah Merah MRT, with a new shopping mall coming up. With the price of Optima and Casa Merah hitting more than a S$1000 psf. The Tanamera is definitely a better buy for stay or even investment.

The Tanamera is very convenient - MRT, food and amenities all withinin 10 minutes walking distance. In terms of location, I would rank it as the best among the condos near Tanah Merah MRT. The landscape is big with a lot of space and surprisingly, very well-maintained consider its age.
However, being near to the MRT also means that the noise from the train could be quite disturbing for those units facing south/south-east whether the view is the best. For units that are not facing the MRT, the views are not impressive - facing HDB blocks.
For those who prefer convenience in terms of amenities and very good view, I would recommend the Tanamera Crest (if you don't mind the 10-minute walk to MRT).
