  Best Location in Tampines | Good Rental Possi

  Tampines Trilliant is no longer a brand new condo, but the strong maintenance efforts is well placed. The condo has a high density, but facilities are still in good condition. There are plenty of community spaces and a large pool, but this is a heartland EC in the end, so there will be the usual crowds and weekend noise. Nonetheless, it is well served by trains and buses, and its a great spot if you love Tampines or the east. It's a mere 10 minutes drive to Changi Airport as well, so another plus for airport and airline staff as well as frequent travelers!

  great place to call it home

  Trilliant is the closest condo to Tampines MRT with 3 malls plus tampines hub within 10 min walking distance. The location is great, and it is very good for family with kids as there are community organized festivals and activities all year round. Trilliant's management has a great team and I am very happy that issue get addressed very quickly.

  Very good location convenient with publice tr

  Spacious car park, very friendly neighbours, with plenty of activities organised. Very strong amenities and community. Our MP come visit often when events such as N-day, Lantern festival and Halloween
