  between dbg and somer

  The Rise @ Oxley - Residences is located between Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset MRTs. kinda middle of nowhere if you need to rely on MRT and walk in hot sun heavy rain. but that all leads to the exclusivity and quiet location of the place!

  since 2018, this quiet development has been standing stoicly in the heart of Singapore. this is The Rise @ Oxley, the residences. feels very posh but not too atas that you feel weird, price is accessible

  compacted freeholds in D09

  Oxley @ Rise very compacted property, freeholds unit in District 09 . small place but will be tidy, recmmend for small family. can walk to Somerset, Clarke Quay areas. has gym, bbq, jacuzzi and odd-shape pool - ok if not training Olympics kind
