  Hidden Gem

  Hidden from the road and with only 40+ uniits, this is a lovely private little condo, tucked into the heart of the booming Katong area. Yuo are surrounded by shops and restaurants, with great transport links also very close by. There's a small gym and pool as well, which is great in such a compact condo. Security guys are very friendly and management is responsive.

  Decent-sized units

  Despite living in a shophouse-like apartment, the units are decently sized and can look spacious if you design it with right furnitures
