  Very colourful and interesting building farcade. The shops and cafes on the ground floor is a plus point

  Inexperienced & self-entitled council member

  I have to completely concur with Tom and Mr T on this particular committee member. Short and stocky man easily identified by his neon coloured dry-fit tees.

  Superb location

  Very cosy and quiet environment for living. Just 8mins walk to Kovan MRT and 5mins away to the Lorong Ah Soo Market. Current valuations are a steal in comparison with other Kovan condos Agreed that current management committee needs to be a little more flexible. This especially relates to one of the committee member.

  POOR Managing Council

  A gem in the North East enclave but spoilt rotten by the current managing council's cocky and arrogant persona. Hurls accusations at shop owners. Poor management acumen and thinks they are always right. Disliked by majority of residents and shop owners. STAY away until this team is ousted.

  Nice & neat apt living. Excellent located near MRT with 3 parks nearby with lots of eateries in the vicinity recommended especially for working people

  Cosy apartment with retail theraphy

  Nice apartment living in the city fringe. Like the penthouse unit, very private with own Jacuzzi and private access lift. Amazed by easy access to MRT and lots of good eateries, banks, saloons, supermarts etc
