The Peak condo at Pepys Road has investment potential for rental yield. Though over three decades old, the hilltop project exudes luxury and sophistication, along with spacious areas like a big kitchen and expansive living area, dining room and outdoor covered dining area. I won’t mince my words: A four-bedroom costs about $8 million today, but it is about 5,500 sqft. Located in the west of Singapore, The Peak condo is near key educational and research areas like NUS, Science Park, one-north and more. -

Everything I need at The Peak - for my own pe
I love how the living area flows into the balcony, where we can kick back and enjoy the skyline over drinks. Other plus points are a gym, BBQ pits, and nearby green trails like Dover forest to explore. Units are big. -

Located uphill
The Peak is located uphill, only downside is when friends or family wants to visit me and its inaccessible without transportation. -
