  many sun and breezes

  big windows, airy box layout, many sun and breezing in the unit at The Navian. even in space constrainted Singapore, rooms are still spacious enough for my fresh air and alot of morning sunshine to help me energise my day!

  near highway and public transport

  from The Navian, is along highway exit so many buses pass by (a bit noise), and also is walking distance within 5 minute to Ubi, Kaki Bukit, Eunos MRT. heart of Singapore (east but close to downtown core) yet away from the typical busy part

  scandi love

  The Navian is known for its scandi-type of architecture, which is what really caught my eye. I also design my unit as scandi as well for most functionality and sleek look
