sometimes en bloc sales can mean the developer passes on the costs of an expensive site to its future residents. but The Myst somehow manages to retain a mix of both luxury, mid, and even more affordably priced units to benefit all kinds of budgets. it is indeed wonderful news for HDB upgraders, as the wallet-friendly $1.5M and below price tag for a fraction of the units really helps with purse strings. on the other hand, riding on its Upper Bukit Timah Rd location, slew of condo facilities, and pent-up demand for this area, this makes a good investment property as well. TOP 2029 -

The Myst looks like a haven in a verdant sanctuary. props to CDL, a developer always mindful to design with the environment in mind; green features like solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems are purposefully incorporated into project designs to facilitate more sustainable living in 2029 -
