Get a unit that faces the sea and you won't be disappointed with the view from your balcony. It's super beautiful at night especially with the twinkling lights on the water surface with the ships passing by -

Nice premium home
I have lived in Singapore for many years. I have been to many condos in the east that my friends lived in and also myself. This is the best home for me. The views on the high floor are very nice. You can see the sea and city in daytime and flyer lights at night. The kitchen furniture is very high quality. It is German made and is not like standard furniture. There is also a German built in wine chiller and big fridge. My wife likes these. In Japan, the apartments make sure space is as big as possible. This condo is like that. We drive and traffic around is smooth. We also do not have any noise from the roads around. Maybe because of high floor. More people should come and see this place. They will like it. -
