  basic very cramped living at The Medge

  went to checkout The Medge because of good location near MRT and eateries. But, was disappointed. unit viewed was smaller than expected, even for just two people can feel cramped to me. personally, feels only like a place to sleep, and maybe a bit convenient. that’s all. for something so basic, might as well rent a HDB flat, which is cheaper and sometimes bigger. only for those who don’t mind spending extra for location, but for me, that alone cannot justify the premium price.

  peace and quiet in good location!

  The Medge is on a quiet road, no loud zooming esp at night so I can sleep. always easy to find food and neccessities with food and shops nearby. unit has unblocked views. walking distance to novena MRT, good for small families too as many enrichment places nearby

  The Medge bedrooms small

  While the location is good in Novena, but Medge is just a small development. Basic facilities, gym and swimming pool. personally to me, unit design can be better becos master bedroom only able to fit queen mattress bed and not a king as I wanted. just enjoy the quiet location and unblock view.

  Quiet, private and well maintained

  Good location, quiet residential street facing a nice low-rise area

  Cozy And Established

  Extended my stayed in Medge after already 2 years. It is a cozy and comfortable condo. Its still a newer and good condition condo in Novena for its manageable size. Ive enjoyed the stay in this apartment and avoid the hustle and bustle of the larger developments in the area. The layout provides good privacy. The apartment has also kept its views over the park and greenery. Pool and gym are kept in good state. The access to Balestier and closeness to Novena is convenient for restaurants and every day needs. Its also close enough to the downtown for my work.
