  Poorly maintained condo

  Frequent change of condo mgmt. We've been staying there for 3yrs and rarely see security guard patrols the area. We also started to notice a problem with mice. I've talked to neighbours and they're having same problem. The problem is ongoing and get worse during festive seasons. There were also several occasions the maids had parties at bbq pits.

  Rodent and flooding problem

  I have been living here for close to 2 years and have faced countless rodent and pest issues including rats on ground floor, monitor lizards and cockroaches. I even had my unit flooded by sewage twice by clogged sewer lines in the basement. I am so glad I am leaving soon

  Finally

  We monitored this development for close to 2 years after deciding this to be our preferred estate in Mt Sinai, finally had the chance to pull the trigger recently. Cant say enough of the gorgeous (and rare) greenery view, MRT access and efficient layout. Grounds are also very well maintained and next to PCN which is great for an active lifestyle. Downside is lack of amenities within reasonable walking distance but in return you get an exclusive and private feel.

  Great condo

  We decided to buy a place here after looking at many different condos. It is the best condo in the Mt Sinai neighborhood - convenient access to Dover MRT, beautiful views of greenery and large sized units with good layouts and quality interiors

  BEautiful marbella

  it is so near dover mrt, the view is marvellous, with all the greenery surrounding it ! n is freehold too!
