A house on the beach.
This is a stylish condominium, with great architecture and design. It’s quite unique in Singapore and at 51 units quite exclusive too. But it’s the proximity to the beach, ocean and park that really sets it apart. I find it to be a classy and relaxing environment. It’s a place that makes me feel happy. The units are large, comfortable and private. The coming and going inside the condo is light, so it always feels peaceful. It’s also a great place for families. I think as more and more people discover Pasir Ris and the high quality surroundings Lighthouse condominium is the sort of place more and more enlightened residents will want to stay in. It’s not perfect, the maintenance could be better, but overall is a lovely home and a positive neighbourhood. -

Stylish and spacious.
Lighthouse is not your average Singapore condo. It’s a boutique development with beach facing location, exclusivity and a lot of quality of life. It’s compact at 51 units but also friendly with great sense of community. If you value peace and quiet plus outdoor spaces and living close to nature then it doesn’t get much better than Lighthouse, still at an affordable by price for now. -

Peaceful & Quiet Resort living!
It is just amazing that the beautiful beach with a huge park are right across of this development, conveniently accessible from the back gate with a 2mins walk! The condo is surrounded by lovely palm trees & coupled with the stylish design of the buildings, it gives you the vibes of living in a holiday resort. The layout of the units are very spacious & efficient, which is very rare these days. There is a bus stop right outside the condo with a direct bus to the mrt station, which is just 3 short stops away. Downtown East is just a 6min stroll away for that easy access to a wide variety of amenities. With nature, transportation & amenities right at your doorstep, this development ticks all of the boxes for that high quality of life! -

Convenient for residents who works at the air
Convenient for residents who works at the airport or in the east, and appreciates nature and serenity. Layout is decent. Do note that it is a 99year leasehold -

Peaceful and quiet resort style condo
I've been living in this condo for over 5 years. It feels like living in a resort - it is very quiet with relaxed atmosphere. Lighthouse has award winning design and high quality standard. Units are very spacious - something which is hard to find in newer developments. I like the fact that maintenance fees are very low copmared to other condos in the area. Majority of units are owner occupied which give this condo sense of community and people know each other by name. Most importantly, it has a great location! I really enjoy living there! -

Needs an uplift
Nice little condo and conveniently located near downtown east so amenities are decent. Problem with this condo is that it's old and poorly maintained. The gym and BBQ area is the worst. Make sure you ask to see it before moving in. For the money, many better options with all the newer developments around the area. -
