good investment in dairy farm
The Lanai is quite a good investment in the Dairy Farm area, especially since it is 999-year leasehold and quite recently built. either for own stay or rental yield, it works well. i've tried both but personally love living here so am doing that now. the area is extremely peaceful and green, with resort vibes in this lush corner of Sg. -

big big swimming pool
The Lanai is my pool palace and if you love swimming as much as me, you will love it here. maintenance is good, including the BBQ pits and other facilities. maybe can do a semi biathlon? after swim can go jog or hike at the nature reserve with the various challenging paths (the stairs if you know). lively condo, kids like to play football and i think it's great that kids can be kids instead of glued to screen and quiet. paths are good with accessibilty for stroller and wheelchair. -

lovely mix of neighbours
good expat crowd here with many nationalities from American to European, Asian, Aussie like me. also locals too. chill vibe here, with landscaping, and inclusion of features like bay windows, which to me becomes my reading nook but i can understand why some of my neighbours feel it is a waste of space. nature parks are around us, and able to walk to the market to get food. MRT is within 1km distance too. -

A Holiday Home
I had seen this project form the outside so many times and I didn't get the concept. Not until we took a look with our agent. It was quite literally the last on our list. But when we got inside and saw the pools and palms and coconut trees I felt like we were in Honolulu. We have two young children and found a lovely 3 bedroom overlooking the poos from over window. There is no receptionist to welcome people at a main lobby, but I quite honestly like the peace and privacy the way it is designed. You can park your car and walk right to your tower lobby and you're home. The balconies are wonderful with brown coloured shutters, these are made of metal. A good mix of locals and expats, the families here send their children to nearby GESS intl school from the looks of it. -

A Hidden Resport
This was the last condo we looked at. The concept is a Hawaiian theme.The Lanai means, a covered porch or veranda. It is a lovely condo for children. Families here are so nice, and the three pools downstairs offer a real community setting. This is one of the best condos in the area, really a hidden gem. -

Quiet private residential area while enjoying
A very tranquil place to stay in, with a very nice balcony view facing the swimming pool. One of the newest condominiums in Hillview. Both the exterior and interior of the buildings are well-maintained. Enjoys the prime location where it is in close proximity to public transports (Hillview MRT station and Hume Mrt that is due in 2025). There are also a lot of nearby amenities that cater to the needs of different demographics (such as AnytimeFitness, tuition centers, supermarkets). Particularly appealing to food lovers where they get to enjoy a variety of scrimption cuisines (both western and local food) offered at Hillv2 and very nice ambiences. -

For people who look for non 99 years condomi
Relatively a much newer condominium in hillview area. Higher end interiors materials used by developer. Due to it 999 years least hold status, it is recommended to buy for investment cum own stay as FH or 999 years status condominiums are getting difficult to come by. -

It's a very noisy place with kids playing in
I am very disappointed with the surroundings and especially kids playing football and shouting outdoors in the car park. No action was taken from the management office... Forget about the peace and quiet environment -

Duh. Do they think buyers are suckers? Selling at this price lvl. 10 years down the road, Lanai will be old, and I think the high psf will not hold. Good luck to all buyers. -

Great Seclusive
With the Hillview MRT and Hiller mixed development coming in 2015/16, it would satisfy the basic transport and most amenities needs. With 999 years leasehold, this is becoming rare for new development around this area. The Hiller and coming Hillview Peak are 99 years leasehold. For those who prefer a quieter setting, the pool/bukit timah hill facing towers such as A1, A2, A3 towers would be the better choice. No compromise on view and ambience. The elevated development from the road gives it greater privacy and exclusivity. From showroom and the listed specification, this development uses high-grade finishings. And high-spec appliances thrown-in (from Bosch coffee maker, to wine chiller, and fridge and washing/dryer machine, it satisfies all, if not most buyers' list. I also like the functional layout for the 3 (1227sqf) and 3+1 (1302sgf) - just nice, not too compact like some other newer development. Rooms are tucked behind for privacy, entrance to apartment is a short passage from living area, giving privacy again, and wet-dry kitchen is functional. Definitely great own-stay and tenant potential. Below are are my ratings among some of the other development that I have viewed. -
